Water Research Communities

One goal of Water@OhioState is to promote the development and regular communication of research teams across campus. To this end, we encourage the formation of “Water Communities,” each with a topical water-related theme. These communities can be used to (1) discuss new research findings, (2) share identified research gaps, (3) highlight new calls for research proposals, (4) share and purchase needed equipment, or (5) simply chat with folks at the university that do similar or complementary research, education, and outreach.

We welcome Ohio State researchers, students, and faculty requests to form a new Water Community. If you are interested in forming one, please contact Water@OhioState with the topic, motivation for creating the community, your name, and the names of any other interested individuals (Optional).

The Columbus Environmental Networking Tool (CENT) is a comprehensive platform developed by Ohio State graduate students to foster collaboration among environmental organizations in Central Ohio. Its primary goal is to offer real-time data on the Columbus environmental scene, enabling professionals in the field to make informed decisions and enhance collaboration. CENT provides personalized partnership recommendations and relevant information to support connections within and amongst organizations.
